Our sessions take 50 minutes each. In the first session we will discuss why you are seeking therapy and what you would like to get out it. You will have an opportunity to ask any question you like. I will ask you some questions about your present circumstances and your family. We will then decide what works best for you in terms of short term or long term therapy. We will regularly review our session to see how you are progressing in your therapy.
There are many different ways to go forward in life; no one way is ever the right one for every single person. Every person is different, with different experiences and a different personality and no single model can fit all people at all times. Acknowledging these differences, integrative counselling takes as a starting point the needs of the individual.
